The 38th EFFoST International Conference: Future Food Systems: Innovation through Progress at Scientific Interfaces will be hosted by KU Leuven and UGent and supported by an independent scientific committee. The works at EFFoST2024 which will be held in the city of Bruges, Belgium from 12-14 November 2024.

EFFoST2024 will explore the theme ‘Future Food Systems: Innovation through Progress at Scientific Interfaces’. Abstracts are welcome in any of the topics that are clustered by the following five main conference sub-themes:

Abstracts are now invited on the conference topics, for consideration for oral and poster presentations. This is a great opportunity to share and discuss your work with the food science and technology community, so make sure to submit your abstract by 30 April 2024!
